Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.

“CANCEL MY ORDER”
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Entered an incorrect address?

Once your shipment is on its way, we unfortunately cannot update delivery details.

Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
